chase

CHASE DICKERSON

Chase started doing improv comedy back in 2012 at The Off Broadway Theatre in downtown Salt Lake City, where he participated in over a dozen parody plays to hone his acting and comedic skills. He has performed with several improvisational comedy troupes in the Salt Lake Valley and currently serves on the board of directors with Improv Salt Lake. The collaboration and creativity of comedy is what he enjoys the most, as well as the great friends he gets to laugh and play with along the way. In his free time, he likes to rock climb and play D&D. He is thrilled to be a part of the sketch comedy show!

Zar Hayes

ZAR HAYES

Zar Hayes is an actor living in Salt Lake City.  He is also a proud father and husband.  This is Zar's first major journey into improv and comedy and he's grateful to be a part of such a fun show.

Jackson Holladay

JACKSON HOLLADAY

Jackson is the youngest improv veteran on the Wasatch front.  He is the Artistic Director of Improv Broadway in Provo where he performs and teaches.  Jackson also directs Basement Comedy in addition to leading classes with Improv Salt Lake.  You can also catch Jackson on stage at Comedysportz Provo and Laughing Stock with Off-Broadway Theatre.

Laurie Mecham

LAURIE MECHAM

Laurie started performing improv decades ago with Head Games, a troupe she co-founded. At her funeral, three or four people will still remember her as the cowboy in Kathy & Mo: Parallel Lives, and from her one-woman performance as Sister Fonda AlaMode, the ultimate Relief Society sister.  Laurie is a member of the Applied Improvisation Network, a global network of individuals who use the tools of improvisation to help people connect, communicate, and unleash creativity.  Improv might be the funnest thing she’s ever done.

Syd Peronnet

SYD PERONNET

Syd Peronnet is an improviser/actor, musician, and director from Salt Lake City. They are a founding member of Majoring in Improv at SLCC. Syd has performed for various troupes, and the last two summers they've been a performer for the Busking Bus's variety show. In 2017, Syd directed and wrote Director's Cut for the Fringe Festival, and in 2024, they directed Three Penny Theatre's production of Generation Red. Syd has a deep love of music and if they had their way, every improv scene would end in a musical number! When they are at home, Syd loves to paint, wire wrap, play guitar, and write. They are ecstatic to be a part of Salt Lake Improv's Sketch Comedy Revue!

Koda Smith

KODA SMITH

Koda is honored to work on this show with such an amazing cast and crew! This is his first time doing sketch comedy, and he hopes to do more in the future with Improv Salt Lake.
